At K&P Power Washing, we take great care in providing professional power washing services to keep your property looking its best! While we strive for excellent results, please note that:

  • Some stains, discoloration, and surface wear may not be fully removable.

  • We use safe and effective cleaning techniques, but older or delicate surfaces may have pre-existing vulnerabilities.

  • Our team takes every precaution to prevent damage, but we cannot be held responsible for issues related to pre-existing conditions or unexpected material reactions.

Refund Policy - the basics

At K&P Power Washing, customer satisfaction is our priority! We take pride in delivering high-quality power washing services, and we stand by our work. However, we understand that issues may arise, so we’ve outlined our refund policy below:

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you’re not completely satisfied with our service, please notify us within 48 hours of job completion. We’ll assess the issue and offer a free re-cleaning of the affected area if necessary.

  • If we are unable to resolve the issue after a re-cleaning, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the surface has pre-existing damage, staining, or discoloration that cannot be removed with power washing.

  • If expectations were not aligned with the limitations of our cleaning process.

  • If the service was completed as agreed and no service-related issues are reported within the 48-hour window.

Holiday Lighting Service & Maintenance Policy

For customers using K&P Power Washing–provided holiday lighting, including our seasonal C9 bulbs, we guarantee full maintenance throughout the season. This includes replacing any bulbs that burn out, fall, or become damaged, as well as addressing any issues related to installation. As long as you are on a seasonal or yearly lighting contract with us, we will handle all repairs and upkeep at no additional cost.

For customers who choose to have us install permanent lighting systems—such as Govee lights or any other customer-purchased permanent lighting products—our responsibility ends once the installation is complete. We do not provide ongoing maintenance, repairs, or troubleshooting for permanent lighting systems that we did not supply. Any future upkeep, warranty claims, or product failures for permanent lighting are the sole responsibility of the customer.
